About Allison Panter
Allison grew up outside of New Orleans and moved to Denver two weeks before Hurricane Katrina hit in August 2005. She was amazed at the response of the people of Colorado and knew she had found her second home. She settled in the Highlands neighborhood and owns an 1890’s Victorian cottage close to Sloan’s Lake.
Allison believes to be successful you need to put your heart in everything you do. After 16 years in corporate America, she became a Realtor because she knew her sales and marketing expertise could make a real difference in people’s lives. Real Estate involves so much more than just finding houses, it’s about integrity, earning people’s trust through excellent service, and providing value. It is about asking the right questions, listening, and collaborating. It is about strong negotiating skills and knowing that details, especially the small ones, really, really matter! But most of all, relationships matter and that is why helping with such a big decision and providing a satisfying home-buying or selling experience is her #1 priority.
When not working, Allison enjoys working up a sweat, exploring the latest event, exhibit or festival our amazing city has to offer, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also passionate about serving our community and volunteers as an ambassador for organizations she loves in Denver. She is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors for The Gathering Place (tgpdenver.org) and a proud mentor for the past 9 years of an amazing 15-year old girl through an organization called Denver Kids, Inc. (denverkidsinc.org).
What Clients Are Saying About Allison…
Q&A With Allison…
Where do you LIVE?
I live in a Victorian built in the late 1800s in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. I love how close I am to everything I could ever need or want, but most of all I enjoy the sense of community that comes from living here. It’s a diverse, fun neighborhood with so much to offer. It’s an interesting time to live here, because there is so much growth and change happening!
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I believe community ranks up there as one of the most important things on Earth. Having a sense of belonging gives us our anchor, and I love helping people find a place to call home. There is a thrill in the hunt and immense satisfaction in a job well-done!
What Music Is Currently On Your Playlist?
I wish I was a more sophisticated music connoisseur, but it is easier for me to tell you what I don’t prefer! And that is a short list – elevator music.
What Cause Gets Your Time And Money?
I tend to get behind causes that serve women and children. I spend a lot of time at The Gathering Place and I mentor through Denver Kids, Inc. (DKI).
Give It Up. What Local Restaurant Is Your Best Kept Secret?
I associate restaurants with great memories shared like Root Down where I hosted a ‘Screw Cake, Let’s Drink’ fundraiser on my birthday and raised money for The Gathering Place or Potager where I once discovered my favorite summer white wine – New Age. I’ve celebrated a raise at The Kitchen downtown, hosted many baby and wedding showers at The English Tea Room on Platte and had the most amazing brunch with out of town guests at Rioja on Larimer. We have so many great restaurants to choose from in Denver!
